More Fn Leads provides done-for-you customer acquisition services on a monthly retainer basis, including but not limited to Google Business Profile management, local SEO, website improvements, call tracking and forwarding, email lead alerts, review generation, and paid advertising management where included in your plan.
Services are billed monthly in advance via Stripe subscription. Your card on file will be charged automatically on the anniversary of your signup date. Failure to process payment may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
Where a written monthly booked-job target is agreed during onboarding, if we do not hit that target, the following month is provided at no charge until the target is met. The guarantee applies only while the account remains active and in good standing.
Client agrees to provide timely access, accurate business information, photos, logos, and any credentials required to execute the work. Delays caused by missing client materials are not counted against delivery timelines.
Websites, Google Business Profiles, tracked phone numbers, and content created specifically for the client remain the client's property. Generic templates, systems, processes, and proprietary automation remain the property of More Fn Leads.
Either party may cancel with 7 days' written notice before the next billing date. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
More Fn Leads' liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for platform algorithm changes, third-party service outages, or actions taken by review platforms or advertising networks.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
