More Fn Leads operates on a monthly retainer model. Payments are collected in advance for the upcoming month's services. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months once work has begun.
If your written monthly booked-job target is not met, the following service month is provided at no charge until the target is achieved. This is the exclusive remedy under our performance guarantee and replaces any right to a refund for that period.
You may cancel your subscription with 7 days' written notice prior to your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. No refunds are issued for the current period unless required by law.
If payment fails, services may be paused. Work will resume once payment is successfully processed. We do not refund periods during which services were paused due to non-payment.
We ask that clients contact us directly to resolve billing disputes before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension.
Refund requests outside this policy are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted only at the sole discretion of More Fn Leads.
